The GSI Ultralight Cutting Board is a lightweight, packable, camping cutting and prep board, that makes the ideal food prep surface when cooking outdoors.
With a lightweight, flexible design, the GSI Ultralight Cutting Board is easy to pack and lets you funnel your freshly chopped goods right into the cook pot. The board features a small indication for the meat side and veg side in the top corner to help prevent cross contamination, and also comes with a hook to allow you to hang the cutting board and a guttering system, to help drain juices from the board.
